DETOX PROGRAMS

Various factors such as poor diet, prescription medication, no exercise and exposure to toxic environment can lead to a build up of toxins in the tissues of the body. This can affect the functioning of the organs and tissues, leading in some instances to various ailments. At the Lake Travis Wellness Center, we offer a specific detox program that was designed to promote maximum detoxification in the shorted amount of time.  Our goal is to help individuals obtain better health through a variety of programs designed to rid the body of yeast and toxins. You eat no solid food during the cleanse but instead take a number of products designed to support your body and aid in the detoxification process. You will be furnished with all cleansing herbs as well as proteins which is important to prevent you from losing muscle mass.  This is supplemented with colonics to help you through the "healing process". It is our goal to help you become more aware of what you are doing in your everyday lifestyle that is having a negative impact on your health and to help you design and practice your own program of cleansing and renewing your body throughout your life. As an introduction to this end we offer the following cleanses. All cleanses are flexible to try to fit your schedule and lifestyle. 5 DAY CLEANSE - For those who have done longer cleanses before or who are not suffering from any major concerns or illnesses at the present time.

7 DAY CLEANSE - Standard program for those who are in moderately good health and have never followed a cleanse program.

10 DAY CLEANSE - Highly recommended for 1^st time clients to eliminate years of toxic build up from environmental pollutants and poor eating habits.

Cleanses may be for additional time up to 21 days if you wish.  You will receive all materials necessary to carry you through each cleanse depending on the length of time.  Price of each cleanse is according to time of cleansing.  Along with each cleanse we offer:

Detox Foot Bath - A detox footbath is included with your cleanse. The warm water foot bath gently removes toxins from the blood stream through an ionization process. The footbath can also be purchased on an individual basis for $40.00.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage:  Included with 7 day or more cleanses.  Helps release toxins from the cells while you are cleansing.
